Have you ever felt that gyms were overwhelming places? Have you ever wondered how to perform an exercise correctly, which muscles should be activated or not? This class is for you! On the menu: a full-body workout with weights, cables, and bars to target different resistances, as well as learning about core activation basics, breathing patterns, form, and technique. 📍 Access and Punctuality: Unless otherwise indicated (outdoor classes, special events, etc.), classes take place at the Garage (🚪pink door at the back, in the alley) and start promptly. Please arrive 10 minutes early to be ready on time and not to interrupt the class. 🗓️ To cancel your group class registration / ✅ 48 hours or more before the class: you can receive a full refund or a credit for a future class. ⚠️ Between 48 and 24 hours before the class: no refunds are possible, but a credit may be applied to a future reservation. ❌ Less than 24 hours before the class: no refunds or credits will be given. 🚫 Cancellation by Le Garage: If a class does not receive enough registrations, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule it.
