Independent in your training but looking for an optimized program? Get a customized plan designed by a professional, adapted to your level, your equipment, and your goals.

The price of tailor-made programs depends directly on their duration (up to 6 months of planning) and the frequency of your training per week.

 

A pre-session consultation is necessary to determine your needs and allow me to create the session(s) best suited to you. The consultation is included in the program fee. Available via phone calls (audio or video), emails, or text messages.

Flexibility and personalized support

Whether you're just starting out, looking to perfect your technique, or simply want to try private training, one-on-one sessions are for you. Ideal for progressing at your own pace, adjusting your program, or discovering new sensations, they adapt to your needs with no commitment.

A pre-session consultation is necessary to determine your needs and allow me to create the session(s) best suited to you. The consultation is included in the session price. It can be arranged via phone calls (audio or video), emails, or text messages.

In person:

- For 1 person:

  • 1 session = $65

  • Set of 2 sessions = $120 ($60 per session)

  • Set of 3 sessions = $165 ($55 per session)

  • Pack of 8 sessions = $400 ($50 per session)

- For 2 people or more:

  • 1 session = $45/person.

In video coaching:

- For 1 person:

  • 1 session = $50

  • Set of 2 sessions = $90 ($45 per session)

  • Set of 3 sessions = $129 ($43 per session)

  • Pack of 8 sessions = $320 ($40 per session)

  • Tailor-made program designed for 1 workout/week .

= $ 90 /month. (or $30)

  • Customized program designed for 4 workouts/week = $100/month (i.e. $25/week)

  • Customized program designed for 5 workouts/week = $110/month (or $22/week)

All programs include:

+ PDF version and mobile version with training and nutrition application

+ development and adaptations of programs during monitoring

+ overall monitoring (weekly or monthly telephone/video consultations as needed, monthly action plans, nutritional information and references if desired)
