What is the difference between a program and a workout?

A program consists of several training days, planned according to the training frequency you choose. For example: If you want to train 3 times a week, you need a program consisting of 3 workouts.
The workouts consist of exercises that will evolve as you progress.
You won't do the same workouts throughout your program; they will evolve with you.

What is the difference between semi-complete support and complete support?

The only difference between semi-complete and full support is the coached sessions . Both semi-complete and full support include: A tailor-made program designed for X training sessions/week (evolution and adaptations of the program during the follow-up) + telephone consultations and email or text exchanges 7/7 + overall follow-up (monthly action plans, dietary recommendations, etc.) + possibility of occasional borrowing of equipment BUT full support also adds coached sessions to this formula.

How much does a coaching session cost?

The price of sessions when purchased individually or in bulk is different from the price of sessions in the complete support packages. With support packages , the more sessions you want to have, the less expensive the sessions are, their prices ranging from $45/session to $30/session .

When purchased individually or in bulk , here is the price list;

In person:
- For 1 person : 1 session = $55 Batch of 2 sessions = $102 ($51 per session) Batch of 3 sessions = $144 ($48 per session) Batch of 8 sessions = $360 ($45 per session)
- For 2 people or more : 1 session = $35 /person.

In video coaching:
- For 1 person: 1 session = $50 Batch of 2 sessions = $90 ($45 per session) Batch of 3 sessions = $129 ($43 per session) Batch of 8 sessions = $320 ($40 per session)

Is it possible to come to a coaching session with a friend?

Accepted Answer

Of course! If a friend wants to come and support you without participating, it's free for them! If you want to train together, the session costs $35 per person. A great way to save money while having fun with your loved ones 😊

Question 5

Are face-to-face coaching sessions possible at home?

Accepted Answer

As long as you are in Montreal , I can travel anywhere! ( $10/session travel fee) ! I would just need to know the equipment you have access to (knowing that no equipment is necessary).
