If you've landed on this page, it's probably because you're curious to know a little more about who I am.
Here's a glimpse into my background and why I want to make the benefits of physical activity more accessible and inclusive.
Passionate about training and physical activity for over eight years, fitness has emerged as a way to regain control of my life after spending years frozen by anxiety-inducing malaise, my alcohol addiction, and the terrifying feeling of being alone, judged and defined by my worst demons.
The desire to contribute to making fitness more accessible and inclusive gradually became a personal goal, and I was able to find the confidence to validate and complete my knowledge and experience by obtaining a professional certification in physical conditioning and personal training.
You don't have to wait until you feel good to take action,
but rather to take action to feel better.
My intention is to offer you different services that can be adapted to different profiles, different realities and different needs.
I wish that you could come exactly as you are, with your battles, with your anxieties and with the doubt that you still have of succeeding in going in the directions that you choose.
The best feeling in the world is being able to surprise yourself, to marvel at yourself, and thus regain the confidence that allows you to take on the challenges you set for yourself.
