Service Description
THE CLASS IS FREE FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T PAY - DM SAM ON INSTAGRAM TO BE ADDED TO THE LIST! EN: If you've ever wished you could keep your duckwalk going longer or that your shoulders don't burn so much in the middle of a battle, this is the class for you! Whether you're into Old Way, New Way, or Vogue Femme, together we'll break down the strength and mobility elements necessary for voguing. We'll work on movements and exercises to improve your performance, and we'll review how to warm up properly and quickly before walking the runway to avoid injuries and give your best. We'll primarily focus on hip and shoulder mobility, lower body strength and stability, core strength, as well as upper body endurance and posture. If there are other aspects that interest you, please let me know during the course and we can look at them together. Please note that this class is aimed at the ballroom community, all levels are welcome. We will not do voguing; This is a physical training course to deepen your practice. If there’s any other area that you’re interested in you can let me know during class and we’ll go over it together. Please note this class is for the ballroom community, all levels are welcome. We won’t be voguing this is a physical training class to expand on your vogue training.
Cancellation Policy
📍 Access and Punctuality: Unless otherwise indicated (outdoor classes, special events, etc.), classes take place at the Garage (🚪pink door at the back, in the alley) and start promptly. Please arrive 10 minutes early to be ready on time and not to interrupt the class. 🗓️ To cancel your group class registration / ✅ 48 hours or more before the class: you can receive a full refund or a credit for a future class. ⚠️ Between 48 and 24 hours before the class: no refunds are possible, but a credit may be applied to a future reservation. ❌ Less than 24 hours before the class: no refunds or credits will be given. 🚫 Cancellation by Le Garage: If a class does not receive enough registrations, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule it. In this case, you will have the option of a full refund or a credit for a future class. Thank you for your understanding! 💛
