Taylor

Hi, I'm Taylor! (she/her),

a bilingual (English & French) NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM

Certified Nutrition Coach, and educator with a Bachelor of Education.

About me

I believe movement and nutrition should enrich your life ; not become another source of stress,

shame, or unrealistic expectations.

As a queer parent of two young children, I understand that health exists within the realities of

everyday life. Whether you're balancing work, parenting, neurodivergence, recovery, chronic

stress, or simply trying to build a healthier relationship with your body, my goal is to meet you

exactly where you are.

My coaching is client-led, client-paced, collaborative, and evidence-based. Rather than

prescribing a one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside each client to build sustainable habits

that fit their goals, values, abilities, identities, and lifestyle.

My practice is proudly queer-affirming, trans-inclusive, trauma-informed, and

weight-inclusive. I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, body sizes, fitness levels, and

abilities, and strive to create a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and genuinely

seen.

I especially enjoy working with:

● LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and families

● Beginners and anyone intimidated by traditional gym environments

● Pregnant, birthing, postpartum, chestfeeding, and parenting clients

● Clients navigating perimenopause and menopause

● Neurodivergent clients

● Older adults

● Teens and children

● Individuals preparing for or recovering from bariatric surgery and clients using medical

weight-loss medications who are looking for sustainable nutrition and movement support.

My background in education has shaped the way I coach. I don't just tell clients what to do ;

I help them understand why they're doing it, so they can build confidence, independence, and

lifelong skills.

Having personally navigated neurodivergence, pregnancy and postpartum, bariatric surgery,

and significant weight loss, I know that health looks different for everyone. I've learned that the

most successful plans aren't the most restrictive ; they're the ones people genuinely enjoy and

can sustain.

My philosophy is simple: your goals are your goals. I'll never assume weight loss should be

your objective or pressure you to pursue it. If weight loss is one of your goals, I'm happy to

support you with realistic, evidence-based strategies. If your goals involve strength, mobility,

confidence, energy, mental health, athletic performance, pain reduction, or simply feeling more

at home in your body, those goals are equally worthy.

Above all, I want fitness to feel welcoming rather than intimidating, empowering rather than

punishing, and sustainable rather than all-or-nothing.

Family-Friendly Coaching

As a parent, I know that childcare isn't always available ; and I don't believe it should be a

barrier to prioritizing your health. Children are welcome to accompany their caregivers during

sessions whenever appropriate. On occasion, my own little ones may also be present, helping

create a relaxed, welcoming, family-friendly environment where everyone feels at home. I’m

also hoping to offer group classes for parents and children in the near future. Please reach out if

this is of interest to you!

Coaching is available in both English and French.

Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or returning after years away, my goal is

simple: to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in your body ; in a

space where you can show up exactly as you are.
